the delicate skin

A troubled, eccentric Robbery-Homicide detective meets a woman he begins to suspect is a reincarnation of a decades-old murder victim.

“No caps, one zee. I eschew the superfluous.”

This one has been optioned twice and is currently under option with Serendipity in Toronto. They can’t look for financing until they’re done with Saw 7, but fingers are crossed. It’s a damned good script…

Originally, the murder victim was written to be Elizabeth Short, the Black Dahlia. But since this was written, she’s proven to be somewhat unsuccessful in the film biz, so we changed it. I think it’s much better for it now.
