A woman and her troubled eight-year-old son flee an abusive relationship and head home to Louisiana, unwittingly setting off a chain reaction of events that has them fighting for their lives.
This is the one that got me into the Writer’s Guild. It came terrible close to getting made, too, but people in charge chickened out.
